Lyric Kael grew up in a completely different reality from her long-lost sister, Zeryn. While Zeryn struggled in the depths of Ashen, Lyric was taken as a child by Neo-Osiris during one of their hunts for remnants of Luminara’s technomancer bloodline. They saw potential in her that her sister escaped from—a mind and body that could be molded into a weapon.

Under the care of Neo-Osiris, Lyric underwent rigorous conditioning and augmentation experiments, infusing her with fragments of Luminara’s magic-tech. Her enhancements granted her unparalleled reflexes and the ability to manipulate kinetic energy, turning her into a lethal operative. However, the process erased much of her past, leaving her unaware of her origins or family. She became one of Neo-Osiris’s most efficient enforcers, known as “Obsidian” for her unyielding strength and precision.

When Lyric and Zeryn cross paths, their reunion is far from a joyful one. Neo-Osiris uses Lyric to track and hunt Zeryn, framing her as a dangerous rogue. The sisters become rivals, clashing in fierce battles as Lyric believes she’s serving a greater good. Over time, cracks form in Lyric’s loyalty to Neo-Osiris as Zeryn’s defiance awakens fragments of forgotten memories.
